The structure of the crane is generally composed of three parts: one is the frame; the second is organization (including lifting organization, operation organization, rotation organization, luffing organization, etc.); The third is the control system.

The trolley of the overhead crane has two kinds of organization: lifting and running.The trolley is equipped with a large and a small winch for lifting heavy objects.The big winch, also known as the big hook, is set in the middle of the trolley.The lifting component is available in 8t, 10t, 15t, 20t, 25t, 30t, 40t, 50t, 60t and other standards.The small winch, also known as the small hook, is set on the right side of the trolley, and the lifting component also has a variety of standards such as 1t, 1.5t, 2t, 2.5t, 3t, 4t, 5t, 8t, 10t, 15t, etc.On the left side of the big winch, a small running organization is set up to provide power for the trolley to run left and right on the bridge track.The bridge frame of the overhead crane is also called a cart, and the shape is II Shape.Its four corners are equipped with large wheels and running organization, which can make the crane run along the longitudinal front and back of the workshop.With the cooperation of the cart and the trolley, the heavy object can be lifted to any position within the plane of the workshop.
