Structural properties
Material:Use Q235B or Q355B high-quality carbon structural steel, and NM400 wear-resistant steel for some high-strength demand scenarios, and connect them by integral welding or bolting.
Shape: Most of them are box-section structures. The cross-section size is designed according to the rated lifting capacity of the crane (5t-500t). The length is adapted to the crane span (common span is 10m-35m). The overall structure is symmetrical and the center of gravity is stable.
Connection method:Wheel assembly mounting seats are set at both ends, the main beam connection flange or welding interface is reserved on the top, and buffer and stopper mounting positions are provided on the side, which are compatible with main beams and running parts of different specifications.
2. Performance attributes
Carrying capacity:The rated vertical load capacity matches the rated lifting weight of the crane, and can withstand a static load test pressure of 1.25 times the rated load, with a dynamic load coefficient greater than or equal to 1.1.
Walking accuracy:The wheels are made of forged steel, which has been processed by modulation and fine grinding, and matched with high-precision bearings. The lateral deviation of the track during operation is within 3mm, ensuring that the crane moves smoothly along the track without jamming or offsetting.
